Activities

St Anthony’s house prides itself on offering a full range of activities for our residents.

We invite guests in to provide events, and run a number of day time activities ourselves.

Wifi is provided through the house, and residents can setup their own smart TV’s, tablets and other devices as required.

Dementia Care

St Anthony’s house can accept up to 5 people with early stage dementia.

As dementia is a progressive desease it is possible, and I stress possible, that we may have to ask for the resident to move to a more specialist unit should the problems caused by the dementia become beyond our capability.

St Anthony’s house is inspected within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) framework.

Home Cooked Food

Our CQC report highlights how St Anthony’s house provides good quality food, with good portion sizes, and
consideration was given for people’s individual choices and appetites.

The service had a 5-star food hygiene
rating and the kitchen area was clean.

Common Rooms

St Anthony’s House has a number of rooms where residents can relax and enjoy company, play games or just sit and watch the world go by.

Residents are free to use the rooms, or can relax in the solitude of their own rooms.

Private Bedrooms

Our bedrooms are private to individual residents, with on suite facilities.

Wide corridors provide easy access to other parts of the house, and residents can freely explore the garden outside.
